• Change of mind or COVID-19-related cancellations to any event may not be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.  Please plan ahead before booking. 

• Cancellations within 24 hours of any event will not be eligible for a refund

• Any cancellations of private events 14 days prior to the event will result in the initial bond not being eligible for a refund

• A request to re-book tickets or change to another workshop date, within 5 days prior to the event will incur an admin fee of $20.00.
